If you can imagine: Friday night. Mum, Dad and I. Paris end of Collins Street. West Side Story.

Dad: "We're a little early, what do you want to do?"

Me: "I know, lets go to Chanel and you can buy me a bag!"

Dad: (laughing) "Excellent suggestion, but it's not likely"

Don't worry Dad, I love you anyway....even if you do employ Chanel deprivation tactics.
