...do you ever have those moments in life where you feel really restless and off centre? What do you do to get through it? This time it feels a little scary.
times like these i try to break the spell...back in the day a big ole dusk til dawn spell of drinking & dancing did the trick. these days the things that work for me are a swim in the sea, reading deeply or widely, movie binges, short holidays and taking to bed for days at a time (an often overlooked traditional method of recovery. oh & did i mention - silence or laughter or hugs from a friend?
