...I won the lotto? I would buy this magical place and restore it to the beauty it should be.

I use to drive past a empty house when I worked at Designworks and thought the same things. I drove past it a few times since over the last year or so and vandals have now trashed it. It's such a shame, how could one own such inner beauty and let it just sit there. At least have the heart to let someone else fix them up before it's too late.
